Hello! I’m Elisa, and my journey in Talent Acquisition and HR started 12 years ago.

Since then, I’ve helped recruit thousands of candidates, from junior roles to C-level profiles, and supported hundreds of startups, SMEs, and enterprises in ramping up their hiring across technology, finance, retail, and more.

Having built and trained high-performing teams myself, I understand how crucial it is to get hiring right. That’s why I offer a range of analysis, implementation, and fine-tuning services in talent acquisition to support you and your team at any stage of maturity. This includes situations where you are starting from scratch as well as when you are looking for a fresh perspective from the outside.

When I’m not supporting great workplaces build great teams, I love being outdoors, gardening, cooking, running, and hitting the gym.
